Schaumburg's Department of Cultural Services and the Al Larson Cultural Center are dedicated to bring a variety of arts and cultural programming to the Schaumburg area.
- Performing arts of every kind are presented during our Season of Entertainment in the Maggie Atcher Theatre.
- Visual arts are on display in the Herb Aigner Gallery as well as the building's lobbies and East Gallery.
- Memorial Day Weekend brings the annual Prairie Arts Festival, with more than 100 fine artists exhibiting and selling their work.
- The Prairie Plein Air event features dozens of regional painters showing their interpretations of Schaumburg landmarks.
- The popular (and FREE!) Summer Breeze Concert Series brings family entertainment to the outdoor stage on the Robert O. Atcher Municipal Center Campus on select Saturdays in July and August
- Schaumburg's new 90 North Park hosts Schaumburg Live! @ 90N featuring a Midweek Concert Series and a "one last taste of summer, first sip of fall" event.
- The Village of Schaumburg's annual Septemberfest features live entertainment on two stages, a carnival, arts & crafts show, craft beer & wine area, Taste of Schaumburg, Taste of Schaumburg’s Not-for-Profit Day, Bingo, fireworks on Sunday evening, and a Labor Day parade on Monday on the grounds of the Al Larson Cultural Center in Schaumburg over Labor Day Weekend,
- Public art abounds on the Al Larson Cultural Center and Robert O. Atcher Municipal Center Campus, in the Schaumburg Sculpture Park and elsewhere in the village.
